I ate at Panera around 6 pm last night and I had their BBQ Mac and Cheese and their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. My friend tried some of my food too and the next morning we both had the same symptoms of severe abdominal pain and diarrhea.

I had the Chicken Caesar Salad and the broccoli chedder soup, 6-7 hours later I had extreme cramps and was vomiting every hour and had diarrhea every other hour for up to 9 hours
