I ate at Panera around 6 pm last night and I had their BBQ Mac and Cheese and their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. My friend tried some of my food too and the next morning we both had the same symptoms of severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
