I ate a chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce. I ate around 4pm and started feeling nauseous around 10pm. I went lay in bed and immediately had to use the toilet. I went back to bed and laid there with moderate abdominal pain. Around 2am I again ran to the bathroom and threw up all of the Chipotle.
