7pm Sunday I ate a chipotle bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. After eating my bowl the I thought I had eaten too much because I felt very full. Symptoms began Monday morning. I had no appetite and did not eat anything for breakfast and lunch. Monday night after my evening shift I tried to eat a sandwich around 11pm and instantly felt nauseous. I only took a few bites. My stomach began to feel odd so I tried to sleep it off. Tuesday morning I had watery diarrhea throughout the whole morning and felt very nauseous. I went to work from 2-11 and did not eat anything throughout the day, only drank. Wednesday morning now and I had 1 watery stool so far. I was able to stomach eating a small slice of pizza. But the nausea is on and off. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
