9/3/2016 purchased and consumed a carnitas burrito including pinto beans, white rice, mild salsa, lettuce and guacamole at approx 6:30pm. 2 hours later at approximately 8pm started to feel nauseous which was then followed with vommiting and diarrhea. Symptoms have continued for over an hour. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
