- comments: must provide missing visible thermometer by the milk/dairy walk in cooler and maintain.

- comments: found evidence of mice droppings on the shelvings and on the floor in the rear storage area over 30 total and inside the cabinet underneath the washbowl sink inside the washroom over 10 total. Instructed to remove the droppings and clean the area and maintain. Inform the pest control technician and have additional inspection. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). - comments: all canned, bottled soda and water must be elevated 6' off the floor or provide raised shelvings to store such items. No soda and milk crate for elevation of stocks.
