Observed approximately 20 rodent droppings underneath of Plastic containers with cook oil stored near walk in cooler. Observed approximately 20 rodent droppings under the cabinet located front counter area near ice machine and reach in cooler.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pork soup (52°F - Cold Holding) located at cook line area less than four hours. Operator stored inside reach in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
Intermediate - High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cooked/heated yesterday/on a previous day not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within a total of 6 hours. Food has been cooling overnight.
