in July 2018, we were there and 7 out of 8 of us got diarrhea and some vomiting while at the resort. No one had to go to the hospital but several had to see their doctor and were diagnosed as a bacterial infection and given antibiotics.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
