in July 2018, we were there and 7 out of 8 of us got diarrhea and some vomiting while at the resort. No one had to go to the hospital but several had to see their doctor and were diagnosed as a bacterial infection and given antibiotics.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

On Day 2 of our vacation I got upper and lower GI issues unable to function for a while Day. As a result I was extremely dehydrated. Still not fully recovered and plan to see a physician as I am back in the USA  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
