I visited in May 2019. After being at for one day I went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night feeling nausea with unbearable abdominal pain and cramping and found myself rushing to the bathroom at least 15 times. In the morning I asked my niece which had gone with me on vacation to run to the store in the resort and get me some Gatorade and anything she could find to help with the diarrhea, all she was able to find at the small resort store was peptobismo and sprite. I then contacted the front desk to please send someone to buy me Gatorade and Imodium outside of the resort which they did, but nothing seem to help. That day I could not leave my room all day. Day three, after drinking at least 5 gatorades and going to the bathroom at least 20 times I took the Imodium and tried to enjoy what was left of my vacation without being able to drink or eat anything for the remaining if my stay except for Gatorade. After returning home I was still feeling sick for about two weeks, took probiotics for 2 -3 weeks but still not feeling 100%. Actually have a doctor appointment this week to run all kinds of test on me to see what it could possibly be. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
