Ging am 8.12.18 nach der Kirche zu Vollwertkost und kaufte ein Stück Pizza, mischte Obst und aß es. Nach dem Verzehr etwa 4 bis 5 Stunden später wurde es krank Durchfall, Übelkeit, Kopfschmerzen usw. blieben etwa 4 Tage lang so. Ich bin nicht zum Doktor gegangen, aber was ich hatte, war eine schreckliche Erfahrung.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Kopfschmerz

I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch and ate it for dinner. I woke up from my sleep with terrible reflux of tasting the salad and ranch. I threw up multiple times during night.
