Had a kids 6 count McNugget meal with fries and a water bottle around 10:30pm, at 3:46 am I woke up feeling uneasy and sweaty, ran to the bathroom and was throwing up all my food. My son ate McDonald’s for lunch on Wednesday may 9th. He hasn’t been anywhere else. Didn’t eat supper afterwards either. A while later started projectile vomiting and had some diarrhea as well.
