I was a passenger in a car that went through the drive thru at around 12am and at around 4am I was violently spewing up and this continued until around 10am iclided in this is raging poo coming from all angles I can't eat nothing the docs said just to drink water  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had a kids 6 count McNugget meal with fries and a water bottle around 10:30pm, at 3:46 am I woke up feeling uneasy and sweaty, ran to the bathroom and was throwing up all my food. I have been throwing up almost every hour since and it is now 4:04pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My son ate McDonald’s for lunch on Wednesday may 9th. He hasn’t been anywhere else. Didn’t eat supper afterwards either. A while later started projectile vomiting and had some diarrhea as well. It only lasted a few hours and the only thing that came out was indigested McDonald’s!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My son ate a cheeseburger and drank chocolate milk around 830/9 pm. He was severely throwing up with fever within 2 hours later. No diarrhea, so it probably wasn’t a stomach bug.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
