My son ate McDonald’s for lunch on Wednesday may 9th. He hasn’t been anywhere else. Didn’t eat supper afterwards either. A while later started projectile vomiting and had some diarrhea as well. It only lasted a few hours and the only thing that came out was indigested McDonald’s!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate lunch at KFC in Bathurst, i ate at 12:10. I had popcorn chicken combo. A few hours laters i started having diarrhea, vomiting, horrible stomanch cramps and a fever of 39.1
I went to hospital to seek help, i was dehydrated from vomiting and diarhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate at my local Subway for lunch. When I got home at around around 6:30pm I wasn't feeling well. I was nauseous and I threw up 4 times during the night. Whole parts of the sandwich were present. I was not feeling well for the next 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
