I ate the filet o fish with a large order of fries and a coke two days ago and a few hours later I felt nauseous. Stayed in the bathroom for a few hours and started to get diarrhea too. Had my brother drive me to the hospital and stayed there for 5 hours.

Nugget Meal Nightmares

Had a kids 6 count McNugget meal with fries and a water bottle around 10:30pm, at 3:46 am I woke up feeling uneasy and sweaty, ran to the bathroom and was throwing up all my food. I have been throwing up almost every hour since and it is now 4:04pm.
