I had nothing during the whole day and before entering the tube I stopped for a quick bite at McDonald’s and had a sandwich and cheese melts. As soon as I arrived home I was feeling nauseous and had diarrhoea followed by being sick. I’m on a short break and switching jobs and I had loads of things to do as a opted to be off, but McDonald’s just ruined it by low standards | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
