sándwich, comí alrededor de las 2:30pm. Pedí un sándwich con un frito mediano y una dieta grande Dr Pepper. Comió alrededor de las 3 cuando llegué a casa. Aproximadamente 30 minutos después de comer el sándwich, me sentí muy náuseas. Empecé a vomitar y a tener diarrea…
