Probably a prepared salad bowl - Trucker husband started vomiting and passing watery stools after eating salad.He was found inhis truck, drifting in and out of consciousness. Got admitted to hospital in Lakeland MI and put under quarantine for Shigella and Astrovirus. Ended up with sepsis. This was certainly life threatening.
