Those who pulled up to the Burger King on North Valley Mills in Waco might have noticed it was closed.
The Waco McLennan County Health District shut the fast food restaurant down temporarily because it was infested with flies, and had no air conditioning.
Investigators counted 15 flies on one rail in the dining room.
In the kitchen, there were old tomatoes still out and crusty mold build up on the soap spigots.
Corrections were made the next day and the health department allowed them to reopen.
