Around lunchtime I had a grilled cheese and cheddar bites. Within 30 minutes my stomach began to hurt and I began to feel unwell. At around 3:30 it hit like a ton of bricks with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. It has been going on for 5 hours now. This was the only meal I had eaten at this point In the day so I’m confident it was from that. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
