I ate from the courtyard Bistro I had a strawberry smoothie for breakfast around 9:15 Am on 08/11/2016. I was extremely sick nausea, vomiting,diahrrea, and Fever for two weeks straight. I committed so much that I ruptured a disc in my lower back. I sought out medical attention immediately and consistently have been having stomach and back issues since this occurred. And hospitalized more than one can humanly posssibly count over the past two years. My body has still not fully recovered and I have been having medical isssues like domino effect until this current day. This happened to me on 08/11/2016.
