Wednesday the 27th ordered a pepperoni pizza, on the evening. I woke up the middle of that night with diarrhoea and I've had it since. I'm pregnant and I'm having to go to the hospital tomorrow as I'm dehydrated and struggling to keep anything down with being sick too! What happened after you went to the doctor? I'm debating on going to ER, I am pregnant and have same symptoms as you, plus stomach pain. Symptoms started this morning ate dominos last night.
