Restaurant buffet at the ik’kil cenote. Not sure from what but got sick 4 hours after eating. Only meal I ate that day. Extreme vomiting, chills, diarrhea. Sickest I’ve ever been. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Escalofríos
