Management refused to offer a discount even after vomiting occurred half-way through my meal! The cheese on their enchilada came from the Dollar Tree store which is only a few doors down from the establishment! Suspect that the business is going as cheap as possible to make-up for lagging business numbers! I also noticed some roaches in their kitchen and bathroom! It is disgusting to eat at the El Saltillo by the Mall! Nasty meal, service, and stomach bug! Stay away! Was sick for over a week! The doctor claimed it was food poisoning caused by food that had been re-heated and cooled and re-heated again! They keep their refried beans in a garbage can in the cooler! Everything besides fajita plates are placed in the microwave to melt and warm foods! | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
