My husband is currently in hospital in our home town. We landed from Punta Cana and went right to Er on Thursday night and he has salmonella in stool and blood! He started with violent diarrhea and puking, and luckily puking ceased on 2nd day for us to fly! His kidneys were shutting down by the time we got to er.
