ate 4 pm 5/9/26 five guys Attleboro next to bajas on Washington st. It was the only thing I had all day due to light calorie deficit. woke up next day with extreme watery diarrhea 9am and have not stopped since. Also could vomit and taste the food but I hold it down. Fatigue and stomach cramps too. It’s currently 3:49 pm 5/10/26 fever of 101. To be more specific I had a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, lettuce tomato and ketchup and a side of fries with malt and ketchup from the dispenser. Hope this helps. Update lts 7:13 pm 5/10/26 and I have a fever now of 100.1 and still all the above symptoms.
