I brought and ate a chicken bake on Tuesday at 2.30pm. I walked and ate it and felt weird about 5.30pm feeling hot and feverish. I couldn’t stomach my dinner with family and knew something wasn’t right. Went to bed with a hot water bottle but at 11pm I had terrible diarrhoea then one huge violent sickness.
