Woke up on and off with gastric distress.
At 4 am projectile vomiting entire content of stomach everywhere.

Wake up at 5am and have a sip of water and again at 5.20 and by 5.45 I'm vomiting up the water I just drank.

I am never usually ill. The food here is terrible. No hygiene standards at all.
