We don’t know just all of the sudden 3 days after we arrived at Punta Cana.  I think it was the food, I had unexpected fatigue after 3 days I couldn’t get enough sleep for the first day I felt ill and intense abdominal pressure then aches throughout my body and muscle fatigue and abdominal pressure the next day with sharp abdominal pain and nausea and sensitivity to smell and light.  The next day violent diarrhea

He was vomiting violently on the 6th day and still is very sick.  He still has intense diarrhea chills and muscle aches he has been in bed for 3 days he can barely move he said he never throws up and has never felt anything like this in his life | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Debilidad, Vértigo, Escalofríos, Fatiga, Dolor de estómago
