August 12, 2017 at about 4:00 pm i went to the McDonald's and ordered 10 pieces of chicken nuggets and a fry. After I had left I began to eat the chicken nuggets and noticed they had tasted a little funny but I ate them anyways because I was about to be late somewhere. About 4 hours later I started to become very nauseous and that continued through the night. When I woke up It hadn't gotten any better and I have started vomiting now. As I look back at it the chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting out from the warmer for awhile or they were not cooked correctly. This is the most ridiculous McDonald's I have ever been too! A couple of months ago I saw an employee smoking a cigarette while sweeping the parking lot and then went back to work and didn't wash her hands. | Síntomas: Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
