On June 1 at around 5:30 PM I got a grilled chicken southwest salad at the Chino Valley Arizona McDonald’s. I ate half of it. Then at two in the morning I woke up with 101° fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea which lasted over 48 hours. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
