My son had a strawberry banana smoothie from Mcdonalds for good behavior in school.. a while later he had severe pains on his left side that shot to his stomach. He has been throwing up all night.. we've tried peptobismal and water as well as Gatorade... everything keeps coming up. He's pooping at the same time he's vomiting. Fever is 101.6... he will most likely miss school tomorrow because of this! Thanks Mcdonals, now his perfect attendance is ruined.. he is only 7. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
