The new chicken sandwich, I order the new chicken sandwich Tuesday November 12 @3:48 pm within 45 min I began to feel nauseated with stomach cramps. By 6:30 pm full blown food poisoning symptoms began. In writing this memo at 10:30 am November 13 and I have had an all early morning affair with severe vomiting, severe nausea, msevere diarrhea. Vomiting has been very extreme to the point of strangulation. I am still under the influence of the symptoms of food poisoning. After purchasing the chicken sandwich at this location I went to exit the store. Standing on the other side of the door was a employee holding a box with whatt appeared to be supplies or products for the store. I held the door open for him then noticed two more employees gathering other boxes from a private car which had no refrigerant. I thought to myself this was unusual and I'd hope the boxes did not contain food products? Because of the immediate effects after eating the chicken sandwich I'm very concerned about the practice I witnessed. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Obstáculo
