My husband and I both ate Portillo's on a Tuesday afternoon. And later that night, about eight hours to ten hours later, we became extremely ill. We both had high fevers reaching over one zero three, and we both had diarrhea. We are still having the diarrhea symptoms and fever chills as well as headaches, three days later now on Friday. My husband was out of work, and we were extremely ill. Neither of my kids ate there, and neither of them got this illness. So we've narrowed it down to Portillo's making us sick from a foodborne illness. This must be a pretty severe case with the high fever. Very dangerous.
