My wife, son and I had dinner in the mentioned restaurant on 24th Oct 2019 at about 7pm. During dinner, I asked the stall assistance to give me a serving bowl and he gave me a bowl with liquid soap in it. I request for a change.

After dinner, my whole family had diarrehea. My wife has fever, diarrhea, vomiting and feeling nausea the next day. I had brought her to consult a doctor.
