I had Creamy Cauliflower soup for lunch with only a banana after the soup. I had not eaten since previous night. I started to have stomac cramps about 20mn after eating the soup. I have been vomiting the soup later in the afternoon 3 times for about 30mn in total just to say that it was really strong. I had to ly in bed.
