I made a purchase of Black Forrest cake from Narsing Bhelpuri in the food court of Building no:20,Raheja Mindspace for a Birthday, the cake was festered when we tasted it(not only me, 20 ppl gathered for the celebration), and when we took it back to the shop and the shop seller tasted it and tried to convince that the cake was good, but the customers at the place got the smell of it when asked them to taste it, The point here is, the seller is not at all admitting the fact that the cake was festered and saying that it was the smell of cocoa, He was asking to bring the cake in the condition that was bought(for the refund)How can some one know that it was spoiled until or unless it was tasted, Refund is not the point here, he was arguing that cake was not spoiled and moreover he was denying that the cake was not sold by him..please do something about this | Síntomas: Vómitos
