I ordered a Meximelt and a Chicken Quesadilla. I got back to the office, opened the bag, to find both items, not presentable, the Quesadilla totally falling apart and not cut correctly. The Meximelt ingredients falling out of the side. Certainly not what the billboard looks like. I decided to eat 1 part of the Quesadilla as it was too messy and part of the Meximelt as it was falling apart. This was around 1pm, July 29th. Around 4pm, I began feeling sick. I got home with Nausea, then Diarrhea. The diarrhea got progressively worse. As it turns out, a visit to the doctor and tests, I ended up with Clostridium difficile or C Diff, which can be life threatening. It comes from consuming contaminated food containing human and/or animal feces. Enough said. I am still recovering, this is day 16. Taking antibiotics, probiotics, anti-nausea meds. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
