Not really sure what happened, but the last day of my trip to Punta Muta (stayed there, but ate off property daily)... I could barely sit up straight. I couldn’t eat. Threw up every half hour... mostly dry heaving. It resolved completely after a few days of being back home. | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos
