I bought a sticky chicken Cesar yesterday afternoon. I came home and ate it. At about 11pm I woke up with intense stomach cramps and went to the bathroom. I had intense diarrhea and was simultaneously vomiting into my trash can. This lasted all night, every hour, and is still continuing this afternoon.
