I had a chicken bowl with guacamole, corn, mild salsa, cheese, and lettuce for lunch on Dec 30th. Woke up on the 31st with diarrhea that quickly turned into extreme vomiting and diarrhea that lasted all day long. Ended up needing to get an IV to keep fluids in
