FDA announced the recall of 4,186 units of the ARASHAN brand mixed dried fruit by Bek12 Inc. due to undeclared sulfites. These products were distributed in IL, NY, NJ, and PA.The recalled products are:
- ARASHAN brand mixed dried fruit packaged in 1lb clear plastic bags with a sticker label. UPC: 850008491368. Production date: 02.23.2022 Best before: 02.23.2022 and Production date: 04.2022 Best before 12.2024
The recall was initiated on Nov 7, 2022.
For customers who have purchased the affected products that may have undeclared sulfites which can be harmful. Throw them out if necessary.
