Arvinda's brand Tandoori Masala is being recalled due to the presence of undeclared sesame seeds. The product was distributed online and sold in British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.The recall affects Arvinda's Tandoori Masala in 45 g and 70 g sizes. The 45 g package has a UPC of 8 54898 00151 5, and the 70 g package has a UPC of 8 54898 00108 9. Both sizes have the lot code 08506031 and a use-by date of October 2026.
The issue was identified during a routine inspection. The recall was initiated on November 6, 2025, and is classified as a Class II recall.
