The Sans marque Brie de Meaux AOP cheese has been recalled due to the detection of Listeria monocytogenes. The product was distributed across France through various outlets including Grand Frais, Fresh., monmarché.fr, monmarché.fr le magasin, and Bio Frais. The recall was initiated after Listeria monocytogenes was detected in the product. The recall procedure is expected to end on 20/05/2024.The recalled product is:
- Brie de Meaux AOP
- Sold pre-packaged in wooden trays and plastic film.
- The affected batches are A41100054, A41130068, A41140049, A41150053, A41160050, and A41170057
- All with best-before dates ranging from 30/04/2024 to 07/04/2024.
- The product was sold between 20/04/2024 and 02/05/2024
- Is marked with the health mark FR 69 273 010 CE.
Consumers are advised not to consume the product and to return it to the point of sale for a refund.
