FDA announced the recall of 8010 mini-bins of Romaine lettuce packed in bulk 45-pound mini-bins by C&E Farms, Inc. because the products could possibly be contaminated with deer feces. This product was distributed in Michigan, Massachusetts, Utah, California, Texas, Illinois and Maryland.The recalled product is:
- Romaine lettuce packed in bulk 45 pound mini-bins. Code: Tierrasol Ranch, Lot 23-27R017T
This recall was initiated on 8/1/2023 and its status is ongoing. Do not consume, use, sell, serve, or distribute the recalled product.
