Carrefour, a leading French retail company, has voluntarily recalled its "Crottin De Chavignol AOP" cheese product due to the presence of E. coli. The product was distributed nationwide in France. The recall procedure is expected to end on September 21, 2024.

The recalled product is:
- Branded as "Carrefour Le Marché Filière Qualité Carrefour".
- It is a 2x60g pack of "Crottin De Chavignol AOP" cheese
- With a GTIN of 3245413705556
- Lot number of GODO0908.
- The product has a best-before date of September 24, 2024.
- Product to be kept in the refrigerator.
- FR 18 241 051 CE

Consumers are advised not to consume the product and to return it to the point of purchase.
