Ceres Organics Australia Pty Ltd has announced a recall of Ceres Organics Organic Hulled Tahini and Ceres Organics Organic Unhulled Tahini due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products were sold at Woolworths in New South Wales, independent food retailers including IGA in New South Wales and Victoria, independent food retailers in Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia, and online nationally.The recalled products are:
- Ceres Organics brand Organic Hulled Tahini (300g), BEST BEFORE: 25/05/2023, 22/08/2023 and 01/08/2024
- Ceres Organics brand Organic Unhulled Tahini (300g), BEST BEFORE: 25/05/2023 and 22/08/2023
If you have the recalled products in your home, please do not eat them, throw them away or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
