The École hôtelière de l'Outaouais, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ), has issued a recall for its "CDM Huile Épicée au Chili" a Chili-Flavored oil due to an inadequate shelf-life date. The product was sold exclusively at the school's location in Gatineau until December 18, 2025.The recalled product is:
- 250 ml bottle of "CDM Huile Épicée au Chili."
- All units sold up to the specified date are affected.
- The product was available refrigerated
- Does not show signs of spoilage or unusual odor.
The recall is classified as Class I, indicating a high health risk. It was initiated as a precautionary measure.
