The New York's Department of Agriculture and Markets announced a recall of Choi Heong Yuen Bakery Macau Almond Cakes by Murray International Trading Co. of Brooklyn, New York because they contain undeclared milk allergens. This product was distributed nationwide in retail stores and through mail orders. No illnesses or allergic reactions involving this product have been reported to date.The recalled product is:
- Choi Heong Yuen Bakery Macau Almond Cakes, 14 ounces (400 g) metal containers, labeled BEST BEFORE: 30 JUL 2023. The product UPC code is 650495-000568.
Consumers who have purchased the affected product and are allergic to milk allergens do not eat it, it may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction. Please throw it away or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
