December 5th, 2025:
Triple B Corporation has initiated a voluntary recall of COKE FARM Green Beans due to potential chemical contamination. The affected product was distributed in California, Minnesota, New York, and Rhode Island in the United States.
The recalled product is:
- COKE FARM Green Beans
- Packaged in 25 lb. cases
- With the lot number 286.1831.
- A total of 137 cases are involved in the recall.
- The beans are a product of the USA, originating from San Juan Bautista, CA.
The issue was discovered through initial firm notification via telephone. The recall was initiated on October 29, 2025, and is currently ongoing. The recall has not yet been classified.
